Abdominal ultrasound training at a university hospital in Istanbul
Programme Overview

Learn abdominal ultrasound where it is practised every day

An integrated approach that links normal ultrasound anatomy to the typical patterns of abdominal pathology.

The programme is built around real patient examinations and case reviews in the radiology department of a university hospital in Istanbul. Each session connects what you see on screen with the underlying anatomy, so that you learn not only how to obtain the images but how to interpret them with confidence.

Alongside clinical work, the training reviews the principles of ultrasound physics, instrumentation and imaging techniques, including Doppler, and covers the complete abdominal examination from patient preparation to reporting.
