Dr. Danilo De Gregorio
Dr. Danilo De Gregorio is an internationally recognized Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Professor of Aesthetic Surgery (Face–Head–Neck), and holds a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Surgery and Medicine. With over 25 years of clinical and academic experience, he specializes in facial rejuvenation, Thread Lift, Endolift, facial injectables, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, mesotherapy, and advanced minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. His expertise also includes facelift surgery, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, and facial contouring. An internationally respected educator, Dr. De Gregorio has served as Course Director, Visiting Professor, and Faculty Member in numerous international training programs. He has trained thousands of physicians through cadaver courses, masterclasses, and scientific meetings, focusing on facial anatomy and advanced aesthetic techniques. At the International Hands-On Cadaver Symposium on Facial Rejuvenation, taking place on 20–21 August 2026 at Acıbadem University CASE, Istanbul, he will serve as Course Director, leading the scientific program and supervising hands-on fresh frozen cadaver training.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. ERGUN SEVIL
The Turkish Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Association completed the ‘Rhinology’ school in 2021 as part of its ENT schools. In 2023, he graduated from the ‘Facial Plastic Surgery’ school. Between 2021 and 2024, he worked as a faculty member at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University Faculty of Medicine, and between 2022 and 2024, he served as the Head of the Department of Otolaryngology.
Op. Dr. Yunus Kaplan
Dr. Yunus Kaplan is a specialist in Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty, with extensive experience in primary and complex secondary nasal surgery. He is a member of several prestigious professional associations, including the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Society, the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), and the Turkish Facial Plastic Surgery Association. His clinical expertise focuses on functional and aesthetic nasal surgery, with particular emphasis on advanced rhinoplasty techniques, revision procedures, and achieving natural-looking results while maintaining nasal function.
Dr. Regina Upmace
Dr. Regina Upmace is an international trainer and speaker with more than 25 years of clinical and educational experience in aesthetic medicine, facial anatomy, mesotherapy, and advanced injectable treatments. As the Chairwoman of the Baltic Mesotherapist Association, Dr. Upmace actively contributes to the advancement of professional standards and physician education in aesthetic medicine. Throughout her career, she has trained hundreds of physicians in facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, facial harmonization, mesotherapy, regenerative medicine and anti-aging treatments. Her educational philosophy is based on anatomical precision, patient safety and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes. Dr. Upmace is actively involved as a trainer and speaker in international educational projects focused on facial anatomy, cadaver dissection and aesthetic medicine across Europe and Türkiye. During the International Hands-On Cadaver Symposium on Facial Rejuvenation, she will share her expertise in advanced injection techniques, lip augmentation, facial harmonization, mesotherapy and modern facial rejuvenation procedures.

Starting in 2027, Comed Medical Training will focus exclusively on organizing advanced cadaver-based medical education programs for healthcare professionals from around the world.
As part of this strategic direction, fellowship and other training programs will no longer be included in our educational portfolio from 2027 onwards.
Our commitment remains centered on providing high-quality, hands-on cadaver training, advanced anatomical education, surgical dissection workshops, and practical learning experiences led by experienced medical professionals.
